David
David is an experienced Korean language teacher, translator and proofreader, with a very solid background in Korean as a second language.
He holds a BA in Chemical Engineering from Ajou University in Korea, an MA in Educational Leadership from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in the US, where he also gained a certification in Early Childhood education, and in addition, he possesses a TKSOL certificate from Yonsei University in Seoul.
David has extensive experience in Hong Kong teaching Korean to a wide range of students ranging from young learners to adults, from both local and international backgrounds. Therefore he is very familiar with different types of learning objectives, ranging from recreational to professional, including corporate language training for different companies in Hong Kong.
As a translator and proofreader, David has more than six years experience delivering high quality Korean to English translations of many types of documents.
David´s solid academic background, translation and teaching experience in various contexts, combined with his pleasant personality, makes him a very effective educator, translator and communicator. He is capable of connecting successfully with all his students because his lessons are practical, interactive, and enlightening.
