Yes we do. At Immerse we have extensive experience in conducting on-line classes for both individuals and organizations. We offer our classes and courses through either Zoom, Google Hangouts or Skype. For full on-line course management, we use Google Classroom.

Yes  we offer discounts for private classes in the form of packages. Our packages are as follows:

– For classes of 1 hour: we offer 3 types of packages from 10 hours to 20+ hours

– For classes of 1.5 hours: we offer 3 types of packages from 10 sessions to 20+ sessions

You may contact us for more details.  Please note that no additional discounts are available for payments in advance for multiple bookings of packages. Therefore the discount rate will remain the same whether you book one package of ten hours or three packages of ten hours.

However, we do offer extra promotional and special discounts throughout the year, so please keep a look out for these or you can register on our mailing list to ensure that you do not miss out.

Cancelling or rescheduling a class is possible. We understand that situations can occur where a student is no longer able to attend a class at a certain time. However, to be fair and clear to both parties, a request  to reschedule or cancel a class  needs to be made in writing at least  24 hours before the start of the lesson by emailing or texting us. So, for example, if the lesson is scheduled for 3.00 pm on a Friday afternoon, the request needs to be made before 3.00 pm on Thursday, the day before. Failure to do that will result in the loss of that lesson. You can refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

Yes, we can send a teacher to your preferred location. However, additional fees and conditions will apply since the teacher will have to spend time and money travelling and will be teaching in an unmonitored environment.

  • Travel fees range from 50 HKD to 200HKD per visit, depending on location.
  •  Minimum class length of 90 mins applies per visit, depending on the nature of the class and location.
  • Children need to be accompanied at home by a parent, guardian or  domestic helper.

Yes we do, since we believe this helps consolidate what you learn in class and enables you to progress faster with better results.

We realise how important this is for both you and our instructors. Therefore we monitor the progress of all our students to ensure that they are on track to reach their goals or to identify any problems. You can request a detailed progress report or assessment every 3, 4 or 6 months.

Our language centre is conveniently located at 289 Hennessy Road  in Wanchai. It is easily accessible by MTR (Wanchai MTR station Exits A etc),  bus (list numbers) , tram, Wanchai Star Ferry or car (there are car parks nearby). Click here to see a detailed map of our location and transport links.

Although all lesson packages are intended to be completed within the designated scheduled time frame, at Immerse we do allow a certain amount of flexibility since we know situations such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances may arise where a student is unable to attend classes. Therefore we can allow up to 3 months from the original planned completion date for smaller packages and up to 6 months for larger ones.

However, please be aware that any courses not completed within the agreed time frame are non-refundable and non-transferable between students or other courses.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 8.00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 4.00 pm.

We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

We adopt the standard bad weather protocol for learning centers in Hong Kong:  All classes are automatically cancelled when Typhoon Signal No.8 (or higher) or Black Rainstorm Warnings are announced or hoisted.

Classes are not refundable but will be rescheduled. More information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
