- Good day, George. Could you kindly tell us about your history and how you came to choose your field?
George: For the past 14 years, I’ve worked in training and education. In K-12 and the business worlds of finance, information technology, and hospitality. I became interested in social-emotional learning when I saw how crucial soft skills were for success and began to bridge what I was learning through meditation. I was the Dean of an international school and had to deal with many behavioural concerns. I utilised a curriculum that I pieced together and produced some of my exercises in the classroom.
- What distinguishes this course from others in the field?
George: We have no limits or ‘filters’ for what can be utilised. No ‘box’ or norm pertains to a particular age or business. People are people, and the abilities of self-awareness, self-knowledge and interpersonal relationships apply to everyone.

George: Know oneself is not only a proverb to be taken for granted; it is a proverb to live by. If you don’t know yourself, you’ll be in a lot of trouble and heartache later. Fortunately, there are practical methods for doing this nowadays, and they can be found on the internet.
