Carine is our admin and customer service coordinator. This position is well suited to her because she can combine her attentiveness, cheerfulness and patience to effectively coordinate our office administration and to communicate both internally with our staff and externally with our customers about the services we provide.
She has a BBA (Hons) in Hotel and Tourism Management from the Chinese University in Hong Kong. In addition, she has over 10 years’ extensive experience in the customer service field working at a wide range of companies, including WSJ Asia and Cathay Pacific, as well as at tourism and travel agencies where Carine has worked as a CS officer, supervisor and CS executive.
Carine is also very experienced in handling customer enquiries and complaints; cooperating with sales and marketing teams; carrying out quality assurance checks; supervising and training customer service teams; preparing documents and negotiating with the Travel Industry Council, Small Claims Tribunal, and the Consumer Council; carrying out investigations with relevant departments regarding customer enquiries; monitoring company sales and expenses; preparing and consolidating invoices and receipts to generate monthly financial reports; and keeping clients up to date on product development, production and logistics.
As a result, Carine´s considerable CS experience and excellent qualifications, combined with her friendly, patient and pleasant personality, make her the perfect match to project Immerse´s values when communicating with both our staff and customers.
