According to a survey done by an expats group, InterNation, three Hispanic cities are amongst the top five best cities for expats to live and work. I am not a football (or soccer) fanatic but World Cup fascinates me always. The official campaign of FIFA says “Football unites the world.” For me, World Cup unites my family. I remember staying late and watching matches with my parents during my childhood years. With 62 games now done and dusted, just two matches are yet to be played at the World Cup in Qatar. My parents, who are now in their seventies, and I are still so keen to wake up for the 3:00 am matches.

4 Common Health and Fitness Urban Myths
I shall begin by explaining what an urban myth is. It’s basically a story or statement that we have read or been taught and so believe it to be true, especially when we see or hear it repeated in or from reliable sources. My favourite example is the belief that the Great Wall of China can be seen from space. I remember being taught this at school and seeing it often listed as a ‘did you know’ fact. However, if you think about it logically, the Great Wall is no wider than a normal road and how many roads can be seen from space!
